William Hair Haseler was born to John and Sarah Evett (Hair) Haseler in 1821/1822 in Birmingham, England. He married Elizabeth Rabone in 1851 and together they had six children. In 1870, Haseler founded the company, W.Specializing in gold and silver work, and jewelry. William Hair Haseler died in December 1909 in Shropshire, but his company continued in partnership with Liberty until 1926. Haseler pieces can be found in the collections of the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, as well as many other museums throughout England.
