9ct Gold Vintage / Antique Edwardian long necklace 30 inches

Beautiful very long 9ct gold necklace with unusual clasp never seen before. This belonged to a lady who was born 1897. It is Edwardian very unusual style with fine double chains linked to solid oblong blocks set evenly each side of the chain, when worn it is symmetrical, the clasp is also oblong it is a classically styled piece and has eternal appeal, many hallmarks throughout the chain, the photos do this no justice. The weight is a heavy 14.4 grams. It would make a stunning gift to go on for many years to come.
