Antique Victorian 15ct gold amethyst & seed pearl pendant & 9ct gold chain, c1880. The pendant being fine open work in a floral form with a bezel set amethyst to the centre surrounded by 6 seed pearls.

Complete with a 9ct gold chain. The pendant being marked 15ct & the chain being marked 9ct. 1876 Queen Victoria is granted the title of Empress of India from 1877.
