Antique Victorian 9ct Gold Heart Padlock Necklace Pendant Engraved Trace Chain. This is for an antique Victorian 9ct gold heart padlock with engraved foliate decoration on a later fine 9ct gold trace chain. The padlock would originally have been used as a clasp for a bracelet and is still working although may require some tightening. The chain is marked to the clasp and the heart is marked'9ct' with a maker's mark to the back.

Chain is easily removable to use it either as a clasp or put it on a different chain. Condition: Good vintage condition with some signs of wear from age and use; may require a quick clean but otherwise ready to wear. It measures approx: 15mm high, 16 chain.
