This beautiful antique pendant necklace dates from around 1900 - 1910 and is made of hallmarked 9ct yellow gold, set on a hallmarked 9ct yellow gold chain. The pendant is set with two vibrant, amethysts and eight lustrous seed pearls. The bottom amethyst is suspended from the base of the pendant and moves very nicely when the pendant is worn.

The pendant is set on a hallmarked 9ct yellow gold chain, which is a later replacement. This pendant necklace is offered for sale in a new presentation pendant case. Approximately 3.4 grammes (combined weight of pendant and chain). The pendant measures approximately 2.5cms diameter. The chain measures approximately 18 in length. The reverse of the pendant is stamped'9CT' for 9ct gold. The chain's clasp and end chain link are both stamped'375' for 9ct gold. 2 x amethysts, 8 x seed pearls.

This pendant necklace is around 100 years old and is in very condition for its age, with no damage and showing just very light signs of age / general wear. The amethysts are in very good condition with no chips, scratches or wear. The chain is in good condition showing just light signs of age and general wear.
