This is a lovely and very unusual link chain, have no idea of it age and cannot find anything like it online, so i cannot tell you what the link is called but its such a pretty chain, it deserves to be worn, it has the usual wear and tear as you'd expect with a loved item but plenty of life left in it. Its marked as 9ct gold and i have been told by a jeweller that its american but i dont know.
