It has the 9c escutcheon to the end link (see photo). This is how they were marked in Victorian days.

Unusual to get them with the fancy links. U sed as a Guard Chain worn by the Mistress or Nanny to hang Scissors, Toys, Rattles etc from. Rare to get one at the full 61. They were quite often broken down to make several necklaces as they became redundant. Weighs a hefty 22 grams.
