Victorian Long Guard 9ct Gold Muff Chain Locket Pendant Necklace

This is a Beautiful Necklace , a Genuine Antique 9ct gold chain that dates circa 1890s England º METAL 9ct Gold A Lovely oval belcher link fitted by a trigger bolt ring clasp, and then completed by a very ornate photo graph gold locket, this is two sided and currently houses a photo of a Victorian Whippet with its cute little face, The glass is original and bevel edged, true Victorian glass. The locket opens so you can place your own photos. One side has a raised textured edge and on the other a faceted edge The necklace is 52 inchs long.

The Locket pendant is 45mm drop by 38mm wide, on the whippet side you can see there is a little wear to the edge, this causes no issues with the locket º WEIGHT 36.8 GRAMS The antique gold bloom is wonderful, it has matured over the 100 or so years, developing that fabulous Victorian patina, º DIMENSIONS 52 Inch long what more can I say º CONDITION good for age.
